TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms apply to every order placed on spookspook.com ("we", "us"). By placing
an order, you agree to these terms.

1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All Spook Spook items are custom-made after your order is placed — a pre-order. We
do not keep finished stock on a shelf; your item is prepared for you after you order.
Production takes up to 6 weeks before shipping. By ordering, you confirm you have
read and accept this production time.

2. PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Payment is taken in full at
checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price you pay is the
price shown when you ordered.

3. PROMOTIONS
Discounts and sale prices are valid only during the stated promotion period and
cannot be applied to past orders.

4. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these
terms. In short: you can cancel free within 3 hours of ordering; after that a 20%
production fee applies to cover materials and work already committed to your order,
and once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. This fee never applies to a refund we
owe you — for example if we miss a shipping timeframe or your item arrives damaged.
We accept returns or issue refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective or
incorrect. Customers in the United Kingdom have a statutory right to cancel within
14 days of receiving their order where that right applies under UK law, which takes
precedence over the above.

5. SHIPPING
Handled according to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Shipping
is free and tracked; available destinations are shown at checkout. Delivery follows
the up-to-6-week production time. If we can't meet the shipping timeframe we gave
you, we'll let you know and you can choose to wait or cancel that order for a full
refund.

6. PRODUCT IMAGES
Product images are illustrative and show the item's design and style. Because each
item is custom-made, small differences in color, print and finish are normal and are
not defects.

7. SAFETY
Spook Spook items are intended for adults and older teens. Some items contain small
parts and are not suitable for young children. Please keep small parts away from
young children and pets.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating
to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for
indirect or consequential losses, including missed dates or occasions.

9. REFUSING ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing
errors. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect when you placed your
order applies to that order.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights you
have under the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
